      Pros

Flexible schedule; Members appreciate your role; Humana teammates are easy to work with; Working from home...I have nothing more to say

      Cons

Humana expects full-time work for part-time pay. Constantly adding additional requirements with no additional pay. Process of assignment of members to care managers is not transparent. Training consists largely of downloading PDFs from a website.

        Pros

the ability to work from home full time or part and able to flex your schedule most times when needed.

        Cons

not transparent of major changes that affect everyone such pending merger with Aetna. they get rid of the wrong people and keep the bad seeds that are willing to kiss up to them no matter what. micro-managed for unnecessary things makes it a drag to work there as of lately. no accountability to upper management for the same circumstances they reprimand other employees about.

      Marketing Manager

What are people’s thoughts on those personality and logic tests some companies made you do as part of the hiring process? I frankly don’t like them. I understand if the test is for people who more technical but for roles leaning more creative or ideas based - I don’t understand how patterns I’m forced to review in a short time tells them I’m worth it to get the Hiring manager round. One asked me 50 ques in 15 min. And they never tell how you did on the tests

Anyone have any stories of times where you declined an offer at one company (just because it wasn’t the exact right fit or you got another better offer at that time) and u successfully re-connect? Is that a burned bridge forever? Would they consider you for another job again?
