    There is free coffee in break room

    Cons

    The company puts 6-9 million out the door a month why don't we make more money?

    the guys you are letting take pictures and notes of every detail of the place will b your competition soon.

    Terrible management, favoritism, discrimination, low starting pay for what you do. Too much over time.

    Pros

    The people that are ON THE FLOOR are a great bunch of guys & gals . Will help you anyway they can !

    Cons

    Low pay, horrible management & shop supervisors. Will not pay your owed vacation time when you leave. Set up a job , run 5 pcs tear it down & set it right back up.VERY stressful environment.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees on the floor !

    Pros

    POPCORN THURSDAY! Free coffee, tea, hot choc and soup in the lunch room.
    Great employee incentives and discounts. Benefits are top notch with the best 401K match I have seen in my career. Management is easy to work with. Low stress environment for the most part.

    Cons

    Some departments have a lower pay grade so it depends what is important to you.

    Advice to Management

    Keep listening to the employees. Things are looking bright!

    good opportunity to understand finite element crash dummy models and corresponding physical dummies in very details.

    Cons

    the filed is too narrow and too specific. it is no good for one's career development if one stays there for too long

    Paid well and coworkers were friendly and helpful.

    Cons

    Management in bad need of people skills. Most managers were rude and rarely if ever talk to you unless it was something important to them.
