    Pros

    Great out door environment, I learned a lot and my bosses were amazing.

    Cons

    This is the biggest college in the province and it shows. They talk high and mighty "politically correct" nonsense while building and maintain a campus in Saudi Arabia.

    Advice to Management

    Don't be evil.

    Nice environment, they are respectful with all kind of people and ways to work.

    A lot of part-time positions and it is far from downtown Toronto.

    The job is laid back, provides a lot of social interaction for improving customer service and problem solving skills as well as computer skills (ie. Microsoft Office applications)

    Some employees not always professional, working in the public eye can be quite stressful

    Salary should be higher
    As student number increase so is the workload, but the pay does not reflect it

    Advice to Management

    Stop re-banding employees and pay wages in line with inflation
    Offer employee recognition in dollar value such as gift cards that would help family and individual needs
