    Great staff and really interesting work. Enjoyed engaging with the entire department

    Competitive Salary
    Friendly Coworkers

    Cons

    Little to no room for growth unless switching departments.
    Slow paced project growth and development.
    Highly bureaucratic.
     No communication from upper management, implements changes with no introduction or appropriate training.

    Advice to Management

    Talk to your employees, don't stay hidden and make changes without sourcing information from the people doing the work.

    Good environment to both learn and teach while earning a few bucks. great institution to work, the profs are very suppotive; inaddition to the number of resources provided.

    No promotions or careers guaranteed after school

    Great co-workers --- for the most part, friendly, helpful and caring and love to laugh and have fun even when swamped and stressed.

    Cons

    Executive team only cares about their compensation

    Advice to Management

    Stop experimenting with structure. Don't try fixing that which is not broken.

    Your work time is build around your school schedule, great team, supportive management, team builders, a plethora of professional development opportunities (trainings, workshops, certifications, etc.).

    Cons

    Technical difficulties occur rather often.
