    Salary should be higher
    As student number increase so is the workload, but the pay does not reflect it

    Advice to Management

    Stop re-banding employees and pay wages in line with inflation
    Offer employee recognition in dollar value such as gift cards that would help family and individual needs

    Lack of support from HR for employees, eapecially for work study students or part time employees who transition to full time work

    Was my school
    Paid pretty decently for a workstudy
    Relatively good down-time at my job

    Cons

    If working alone during a class rush, it's sort of brutal
    Only part-time due to school complications
    Couldn't continue working there after school was done

    Very organized and serious professionals, professors and equipment!

    Cons

    Maybe distance, it is pretty far from subway, even if there is a bus to go.
