    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Humphreys full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

I work for the branch office. This branch office has great working environment with flexible working schedule. Great working experience with nice people who are willing to share knowledge and experience. Good project for personal growth and practice. The company is national leading firm within the industry.

    Cons

Less opportunity to be promoted due to the branch office size. The company is specialized in multi-family projects without diverse project types.

    Advice to Management

Give more challenging works to employees to benefit their career path.

I worked at Humphreys full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good work environment with great people on staff

    Cons

Work you long hours and you have to sign in and out at the front desk every time you come and go. Be ready to work long hours to meet multiple short deadlines. You will be overworked.

    Advice to Management

Trust your employees and don't run them into the ground with so many long days to meet crazy deadlines.
