    Pros

There is possibility to work from home in a range of jobs at the company, and if you pay your education yourself, there is a strong tendency that you get free time to make it through, go to the school a few days a month.
The company has very well payed positions. If you can negotiate good conditions from the beginning, that is great.
There is no obstacle for women to work or raise at the ladder.

    Cons

The company fights for survival in the long and short term. The company has bought up and merged with a dozen firms. The most felt consequences were every time the reduction of the workforce.
The employees supply many overtime hours and get very little support for courses and education.
The development depends on the position you are in. Some people goes up very rapidly, other territories allow little if no possibility. All depends also on the fitting of your personality in the leader group's culture.
In general nothing changes once you are employed at Invitel. Not even inflation is followed by the salaries. Any changes in salary are unbalanced and provide much more to managers than to non-managers.
The company has a musculin and individual culture which makes it difficult to teamwork with other colleagues.

    Advice to Management

X or Y. Approach leadership style to the Y-theory. Envolve the employees in the decisions and the shaping of the company. Currently the only picture employees have of the company from the management that is that the company will not survive in the short term, either. They feel as if the management does not care about the employees, and that there is no way for the employees to do good for the company.

    Pros

Good mood in the company, you can improve your problem solving skills, as Invitel is a quite small company you can practice the end-to-end management,

    Cons

Bad infrastructure, lack of development of the systems, lack of people management, unfortunately the perfectionist people can even make the everyday easier without development

    Advice to Management

They should honor more the good employee in Invitel because they are the only reason of because this company is still operating
