I worked at Hunt Construction Group full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Hands on training, good project managers and field personnel, always busy.

    Cons

To many jobs assigned to one employee. Leaves others with less work or like myself laid off after 15 1/2 years. Upper management did not even give a letter of reference leaving other employers wondering why you were let go.

    Advice to Management

Upper management does not connect with employees at the field any longer.

I worked at Hunt Construction Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Ability to gain good experience for your resume.

    Cons

Annual salary increases are below the regional cost of living adjustment. Upper management lies when explaining the bonus incentives. The owner of my last project paid the bonus incentive in October 2018 and to date, 3/6/19 no bonuses have been paid to the project staff. All of the positive reviews are for a company that no longer exists (Hunt Construction Group). Mike Fratianni is not the CEO, in fact he was... unceremoniously let go in 2018 after the integration into AECOM Hunt. Mike Burke is AECOM's CEO.
