I worked at Hunter Contracting as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great Employees with a lot of scope for learning and training. Great upper management with decades of experience and open to suggestions even from the lower management employees. Great place for personal development and growth.

    Cons

Not really fast-tracked in terms of the work environment. However, my job role did not really require that, so no real complains.

I have been working at Hunter Contracting full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good hours compared to other companies. Family atmosphere and great Co workers. Everyone is more than willing to help new hires to learn and lead successful careers.

    Cons

The smaller offices do not get as much recognition as the Gilbert office. The headquarters in Gilbert could do a better job of acknowledging other smaller offices.

    Advice to Management

Keep in touch with the tucson office more
