Pros
Lots of hands on experience, working with circuit manufacturing, testing, quality, and delivery. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for manufacturing experience.
Cons
Time sensitive, deadlines, quality control, inventory management. I was an intern, so there was a bit of a learning curve for a few things.
