    Pros

Staff were polite and friendly. I felt at ease when going through the recruitment process. Recruitment involves filling out personal information document and an administrative assessment test.

    Cons

Perhaps more questions/time spent with the consultant when having an interview so they can better understand the types of jobs that will suit your skills set.

I worked at Huntress full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

heavy focus on training & development, fast to promote and provide opportunities for personal growth, very hands on management style, lots of longevity

    Cons

Finger pointing, scape goating culture when things go wrong, managers definitely play favourites - lack of consistency in decision making
