I have been working at Huntsman Corp full-time

    Pros

Decent insurance, occasional/optional overtime, very helpful supervisors and co-workers

    Cons

Very hot and dirty environment, equipment is antiquated, not enough money to work in the extreme heat in the plant

    Advice to Management

Increase the starting pay...supply Gatorade for employees as the temperature reaches 100 degrees plus on a daily basis.

    Pros

A lot of great people. Excellent benefits, pay is competitive.
