    Pros

    Fun company to work at for younger professionals. Definite so-cal atmosphere, very laid back, music constantly playing, people skating around campus and chatting in the parking lot. The Nike connection is great with lots of good benefits like a stock program and employee pricing on nike gear as well as hurley. Hurley makes great product so it's fun to be a part of that.

    Cons

    Sometimes the relaxed atmosphere and work culture can be detrimental. Working with un-focused or non-driven individuals can bring down a team's overall level.

    Owned by Nike. Laid back surfer mentality. You should be a surfer to work for Hurley because you may be albe to understand the chaos and hectic lifestyle of spontaneity.

    - Encourages self expression - Fun and fast paced - Killer employee discount as well as money to refresh your wardrobe every quarter. Also applies to sister stores such as Converse, Nike, and Cole Haan. - Decent compensation

    Cons

    - Different levels of Hurley argue with one another. For example, corporate wants one thing, district wants another thing, and your management will ask you for something completely different. Just who do you go with? - Laid back environment can make employees accustomed to being lazy in the store, which kills the brand image.
