    Positive Outlook

I have been working at Hutchinson Clinic full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

I enjoy the the people i work with.
I enjoy the medical aspect of the job and being able to help patients with concerns.

    Cons

This company does not appreciate the dedication of its long term employees. New employees are being hired at a signifacantly higher rate of pay than what veteran employees are being paid. This has been addressed by management with excuses.

    Advice to Management

Please learn that no matter what your postion or title in life, we all need to feel appreciated to bring our best back to the table the next day.
Be aware that employees who have stayed have done so out of respect for the company and themselves not necessarily because they have to. Compensate employees as you would compensate yourself.
Give health service benefits back, this helped employees feel as though they were cared for by the company not just another customer.
Close the social gap in the chain of command be just another employee meet the people through out the company, this will remind you that once we have left at 5 o'clock we are all just people...no titles.....no superiority no need to deem ourselves better or above anyone...just equal people on the same streets in the same community breathing the same air equally. Bring that equality to your job, you will be surprised how far it will take you with those who help you keep your status in those 40 hours each week that you are allowed to be in your superior positions.
