I have been working at Hy-Vee part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great place to work this is my first job and i have had it for a year and a half and i love it good pay for a high school kid like me. If you're hard working and motivated this is the place for you. Also great flexibility with hours and time off.

    Cons

They hire a lot of kids when they aren't really needed that much which cut hours i don't have a problem with this as other people do but i know some people that have been workin at my hyvee since they opened just like me and they have gotten there hours cut by kids who will be gone within a couple months.

    Advice to Management

    Keep doing you
