I have been working at Hyatt full-time

    Pros

Friendly staff most everyone works good together people are alwAys trying to get you to smile some even ask in a caring way how are you doing

    Cons

Lack of actions taken be HR and department heads when there is employees that are not performing there jobs or that abuse the system and take several breaks during a day

    Advice to Management

Stop letting the ones that cause the problems at work get away with it. I understand you have the coaching and counseling you have to do but when a worker is not doing a project and it has been months and the work still is not done something has to change
