I worked at Hyatt full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Free hotel stays as a benefits package
Some of my coworkers really made the difference over 5 years cause there wasn't much else.

    Cons

No money in the industry, even as a Sales Manager in a prime location salary was terrible. Very hard to earn a decent bonus check due to high taxes and it being based off your salary.

    Advice to Management

Pay your managers more, it was funny to find out that 3 months after I left I was still in the top 5 sales performers for my region since I was so far ahead in terms of quota when I left.
