    Pros

Benefits are better than most. Profit sharing is a definite plus. Laid back atmosphere.

Politics, backstabbing and the boys club.

    Advice to Management

Focus a little more on the associates on the floor and less in the offices.

    No opinion of CEO

I worked at Hypertherm full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

ESOP, Profit-sharing and stock are great benefits for associates.

    Cons

Management and leadership don't have a good relationship with the associates. They are "all business" and don't seem to realize the impact this message has to the associates.

    Advice to Management

Management needs to be more engaged with the associates. There is a definite disconnect and the management team doesn't seem to realize it.

Keep the course! I am proud and fortunate to work for Hypetherm. Only one of my previous employers leadership team came close to Hypertherm's Sr. Management teams ethical and moral fortitude. It is nice to be part of such a great company.
