- Former Employee★★★★★
Pros
everyone is really supportive and the pay is great
Cons
I didnt really like the rotating schedule
- Current Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
I have enjoyed working on a team of caring, hard working people. Everyone is motivated to do the right thing. There's no slackers! Compensation and benefits are very generous! Work in office only 2 days for corporate and fully remote for operations.
Cons
Figuring out hybrid culture so that we can feel connected and include employees who are working from home.

Pros
People, compensation, companies direction I
Cons
Technology still has a way to go but is moving in the right direction
Continue reading - Former Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
Company offers competitive pay and benefits (e.g., medical, car allowance, misc. employee perks). Office is great, and hybrid work schedule is reasonable. Work life balance is great (but this seems to depend largely on the team).
Cons
Flat organizational structure makes it difficult to get promoted. R&R is vague and often not commensurate with pay.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
Great culture, opportunity, and fast moving company
Cons
It may be difficult for people who does not like fast paced environment
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
guarantee raise as long you do your job. generous bonus at the end of the year
Cons
preaching too much about company's cultures but most directors do not follow.
- Current Employee★★★★★
Pros
They want to do the right thing and they try to do the right thing
Cons
Too dependent on outsourcers and vendors.
- Former Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
Decent insurance, car purchase program was great and vehicle reimbursement program helped a ton.
Cons
Upper management holds no regard for daily life of middle management. Micromanaging to the highest level, a constant launch and fix attitude and no accountability to doing things right the first time. Some department's contribute little to the overall line but yet due to the system in place are given credit for the contributions of others. Managers are expected to sacrifice time, work life balance and face toxic, confrontational employees with no support. To that extent corporate refuses to take action due to the "optics" of letting a bad employee go and the risk of the social media blowback. Promotion opportunities have all since dissappeared since Korea flattened the organizational structure and the constant push to get folks out to HQ in California is laughable.

Pros
A good work life balance, decent comp.
Cons
Too hierarchical, archaic that they are not forward looking
- Current Employee, more than 5 years★★★★★
Pros
- Mostly friendly coworkers - Decent compensation but not A-tier - Interesting work for some
Cons
- Any BIG decision will be facilitated and needs approval from Korea - Employees to be back in the office in January '21 3x/week because there is NO trust - There is only so much power you have since we basically do what OEMs want - True technical positions such as programming, algorithms, and full-stack are outsourced or we hire contractors
