Lots of change but good company
- Former Employee, more than 3 years★★★★★
Pros
Great benefits. Medical coverage was the best.
Cons
Management is stressed out and hate each other. Drama. No communication and you are micro managed to the T. Employees were sick all the time due to stress! They offer great medical because you will most likely need it. There is career growth available. They promote fast and within due to high turnover rate. Most often it isn’t based on your qualifications or your experience as you would except regardless of the formalities of the application and interview process. It would come down to be determined on if you had any write ups , readily available and happened to apply for the position. Now you can imagine why management is an area of opportunity.

The leadership teams are focused on employee development and have a promote from within mindset. Benefits are great and above industry average.

Pros
Great Benefits and that's about it.
Cons
Favoritism, intimidation, and bullying. In the department the managers pick a couple of favorites and do not require those to have to hit the target goals as the rest. The managers will make up items that will prevent the employees to try to apply to get out of the department. Several employees have filed complaints however rather than listen to the complaints the HR department tries to make excuses for what the 2 managers are doing. The few employees that have gotten out have talked about how much better it is in other areas of the company.
