    Pros

    Accoms good, paid monthly but had to go outside to deposit into bank to send out of UAE

    Cons

    Priority is production, not HSE, HSE staff whom are not Korean are not allowed to do their jobs w/o abuse, verbal and physical

    Advice to Management

    Treat your non Korean employees like you would you want yourselves to be treated.

    Organized, good for your resume

    Cons

    You will not ascend unless you are Korean. That has a name: discrimination. It's weird to be discriminated in your own country... I hold nothing against anybody from any nationality, religion or race. But this people has to understand that employees from other nationalities and backgrounds can fit into their company, and not necessarily have to change their cultural values to adopt yours.

    Advice to Management

    Try people from other cultures in managing positions.

    the staff is very professional and also more exciting job to learn like a engineering job

    handled a installation of instrument and followed the hook up and P&id drawing ,bending 316 ss tubing ,cable tray ,conduit.

    to maintain a high quality of engineering staff,admin staff and professional all the time.

    Understand the employee's situation on all aspects.
    Provide little concessions on taking day off
    Motivate by words.
    Provide little bit extra time whenever employee fails to complete the task.

    Too much working hours, very conservative company culture like military.

    Advice to Management

    To keep the competitive advantage to the World, HEC should be changed to flexible culture. Today's conservative and strict ambience is not helpful to both company and employees.
