    Salary & other perks! HR & Senior management will purchase you by offering such a great salary & will make you work as a servant.

    Cons

    Management say what we produce, you have to sell it; no scientific approach of forecasting is used. Everyone is busy in making an impression on others; take your credit. Focus on taking credit than doing work. Improper job design. What you have to do? You don't know. Everyday, new things will appear & will also not last for long. Very poor coordination & collaboration among departments. HR is very authoritative...

    1. Improve Hierarchy; positioning right person at right place at right time. 2. More focus on Job design 3. Production should be based on Market outlook rather than sell what we produce. Stop pushing; car market is 80% Pull, 20% Push. 3. Stringent Policies should be framed so that no one can violate it; transparency in policy
