    I have been working at Hyundai full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    The company has not so deep management hierachy, liberal culture, good salary, great place, generous work balance, very young people etc

    Cons

    In the Hyundai Group, Autron's pie is very small and some leaders do not want lose their position. It makes the company less attractive to hard-working and ambitious people.

    Advice to Management

    The company may need to focus on vision into the future, not the present.

    Pros

    Job security is very very stable because of labor-union although I'm not a member of the union.

    Cons

    conservative culture. It's hard to try something new.
    and work location(NY) is too long.

    Pros

    no pressure. 8-5 strict office hrs. good bonus every year. many cars on site. good meal. great people. long paid vacation 15+5 days

    Cons

    no pressure. commuting time is killing everyday. slow pace. no incentives to work harder. strong labor union. almost no foreigners

    Pros

    Fast grown manufacturer in automobile industry.
    Agressive when a target is set.
    Well paid.

    Cons

    Location of R&D is far from center of Seoul.
    Hierarchical organization.

    Pros

    High Payment. Complexity and eagerness towards global competition gives an opportunity to actually participate in global operations.

    Cons

    Different culture among different departments. Some almosts matches top-tier global companies, while the one I've been in is still like the old-fashioned 80's. (Stubborn, Drink a lot, Working weekends)

    Advice to Management

    Get out of the old-fashioned management way. More time in front of the desk does not lead to higher performance. Plus, taking a legitimate break should not be treated as something guilty.
