    Hign and stable salary

    Relatively good work and life balance (compared to other Korean companies)

    People, especially juniors are highly qualified and smart

    Hierarchical

    Labor Union is too strong

    Inside politics are intense

    Having 6 core value is not just slogans that Hyundai made in marketing purposes.
    Hyundai made this because Hyundai wants to promote these values to employees. Then, management should try to promote it, but hyundai management try not to promote it.

    Good Salary and Welfare. A lot of opportunities for r mechanical engineers.

    Cons

    Conservative work environment. Decision making is a bit hard for low level position.

    Vision sharing is not enough . Executives are too conservative.

    Pros

    The company has not so deep management hierachy, liberal culture, good salary, great place, generous work balance, very young people etc

    Cons

    In the Hyundai Group, Autron's pie is very small and some leaders do not want lose their position. It makes the company less attractive to hard-working and ambitious people.

    Advice to Management

    The company may need to focus on vision into the future, not the present.
