Pros
Challenging issues and working with smart dedicated employees who strive to help one another. Good colloboration even under duress and heavy workloads. Fast paced and always something new to learn. Fun work environment includes regular socializing and team building. Welcoming environment for new employees.

Lots of management turnover make for a new strategy every year. Frequent New York and California culture clash results in poor communication.

- decent benefits package - good work environment - paid vacation time is 4 weeks after 2 years and 6 weeks beyond 7 years
Cons
- continued good work doesn't necessarily translate to promotions and/or pay hikes - immigrant employees are milked - quite often have to work long hours, no pay hikes, bonus amount is too low in comparison to industry standard
