I have been working at IAP part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Incredible people work at IAP. Everyone has extremely interesting stories about their international travels as well as a different world view shaped by those experiences. It also gave me the opportunity to connect with the University of Wisconsin-Madison student body through promoting various study abroad programs.

    Cons

During heavy application periods there were not a lot of campus events and working in the office processing paperwork got a little dull. However with that said, this is the actual process of sending students abroad and it has to be done.
