    Pros

Good company with a good history of success. New leadership looking at company's potential in current markets to grow and expand.

    Cons

Leadership needs to be more transparent and maintain open honest communication with all employees. The lack of full disclosure regarding the plan ahead leads to a feeling of distrust, uncertainty and no job security.

    Pros

    Give me a minute...
    1. They can assure you that you will be given the best build up to any job ever.
    2. You can be assured that literally everything you are told is going to be a lie,.
    3. You will be ignored but get repeated emails talking about the incredible environment working at IAP. And be constantly reminded of how great IAP is in innovation.
    4. You will learn to operate on your own without support overseas...if you are into that.

    Cons

    1. You will be lied to from the first. Professionals beware. When you get overseas, your extensive training and service will be ignored.
    2. You will find this once proud leader in overseas contracting fills the lack of promises and agreements with corporate pap and trivial memos about how great they are.
    3. Expense reports are ridiculously complex, and never really paid on.
    4. Insurance while there is useless since you will be told if you use it you will be off contract.
    5. There is no professionalism in corporate or local leadership.
    6. Overseas you will be required to work the hours and then when you are off you will not be allowed any real relaxation time. The corporation is the closest to a sweatshop environment you can get.

    Advice to Management

Close the doors, In over 40 years of business, including many leadership and team development courses I have never found a company that so engenders the literal antithesis of leadership and positive motivation for employees.
