    Great benefits: 20 vacation days 1st year. 401k matching, insurance, travel discounts

    Cons

    VERY flat organizational structure, very little room to move up. There are few young employees that do, but most can't and end up leaving. Very bureaucratic

    Pros

    It is a company that is in a different business from the rest, employees are part of the success of the business. There exist excellent work life balance, weekends are for the employees to relax; work environment is extremely good, people is very helpful and happy every time.

    Cons

    Due to the size of the organization and the minimum growth of the industry year after year, there are no plenty positions for people to growth; The organization lose their best talent every year as they lack engagement and are not willing to sacrifice departments stability by moving people around.

    Keep your best talent.

    The appreciation from employees at the lower level bands when they are acknowledged or provided training, support and recognition

    Too political environment - favoritism is so obvious its a joke

    Good welfare and competitive salaries.

    Cons

    Upper management is oblivious to the problems faced at the ground level. Interns are hired to clear backlogs from years ago.

    Have an exit interview in place for interns and take it seriously.

    Pros

    Good salary, great colleagues and travel. Solving real problems and really able to make a difference

    Cons

    Management, especially senior management. I fear they have lost all sense of reality, year upon year the targets are not met and staff surveys show how bad they think their management is. None of them leave as they wish to keep riding the gravy train.
