Work-life balance is very good. The company actively seeks to make the life of its employee's better. The pay is okay.

    Advice to Management

I worked at IATA (More than 8 years)

    Pros

If you love aviation or airplanes, this is the place to work. The organization has a hand in all elements of air travel -- from passenger, airport, cargo, environment and communications. In the past few years, there has been a major change in leadership and culture. The changes have been positive, for the most part.

    Cons

As with all organizations, there are politics within departments that sometimes hinder an easy working environment. However, in recent years, there has been a culture shift to help breakdown silos and bureaucracy.

    Advice to Management

Develop the talented people who work for you (not all managers do this!). Keep transparency and passion in your leadership.
