    Pros

Multiculture environment, every employee is a profesional, a great pool for ideas to improve the airline industry. Excelent pay and benefits. Corporate culture that encourages the possibility of changing work locations to other offices around the world. Good balance between personal life and work hours.

    Cons

Workplace environment too formal, not ideal to forge friendships. Hard at first to adapt to the culture. Career advancement possibilities few and far between.

    Advice to Management

Actively encourage employees to change positions and/or work location after 3-4 years.
