Good benefits : Decent money , dental plan, , medicine , vision care and more. Also good retirement and benefits for life.
Cons
IBEW said "brotherhood" , that 's no apply .When you get older , contractors they don't care if you are 25 0r 60 years old , for them every body is the same .The way what they treat you , is not the best and issues the people around you, like jealousy , bad comments and them you have to work hard , most of the time to making happy.
