    Individual project, many intern events, and very agile environment

    Cons

    No relocation assistance, not enough pay for relocating to another state for the role.

    I worked at IBM full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    N/A- Dont recommend this to anyone. No specific HR team, No professionalism.

    Cons

    Had an interview with the company in July 2014. Cleared the Tech and HR rounds. And The company contacted my current Employer even before releasing Offer Letter And without my consent. Very Unprofessional behavior by these guys. Dont recommend.

    Advice to Management

    Have a HR panel set up and look into the concerns by the employees.
