    I have been working at IBM full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

    Great technology, good pay, challenging work, work from home

    Cons

    Being transferred to HCL so that is not great...
    There used to by layoffs with severance packages, now you can simply be transferred with no package. Sad.

    This place is one poorly-managed, directionless pit of total chaos.

    Cons

    Poor management, unethical atmosphere, employees always threatened to be fired, many quit after 3 months, CCI terrible HR company, and lastly management lacks direction.
