    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at IBM full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Worked with some of the best people and products in the world

    Cons

Micro managed with constant changing directions / directives with no clear direction

    Advice to Management

Need to hold each and every PE / DPE to run their "business" and not lump all into a portfolio view to clearly see who and what accounts / team are successful vs need to be cut.

I have been working at IBM full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Learning from some of the best people in the industry on policies, practices and technology.

    Cons

The transformation is weighing heavily on morale making it hard on the teams to know if they are stable.

    Advice to Management

need to better empower people on the ground to run the lines of business they have been entrusted with and hold them accountable for the performance; not make "one size fits all" decisions.
