    I have been working at IBM for more than 9 years


    The amount of paid time off you are entitled to, the ability to work from home, employee benefits and discounts and the coworkers.


    each quarter there are numerous lay offs and after putting in 10+ years people are only given 4 weeks severance pay

    Advice to Management

    if you must lay off your employees so often please be more generous with severance pay in the end, it's so unfair to people that worked hard and that were loyal to the company.
