    Big focus on Chargeable utilization
    Big company so a lot of spreadsheet management
    No raises for 85% of employees for a couple years now
    No raises for 40% of employees for last 6 years
    Bonus/Profit sharing not available for last 2 years
    Training is done on personal time with minimal budget allocated
    401k match paid out at end of year
    Expensive health care
    Attrition of talented individuals

    Advice to Management

    Invest in the employees that represent IBM
    Invest in training
    Build a community across the staff
    Consistently compensate the top 50% not just the top 10%
    Move people management tasks to the programs they are assigned
