    I have been working at IBM as a contractor

    Pros

    Flexibility for working from home. Just 8 hours, if extra needed they pay for them.

    Cons

    Very very very low salary, no benefits, no nothing, we do not have even a "free" pen or notebook from the Company. We have the feeling of being "something" that can be replaced or the department is moved at any moment, like the names in the lockers. No stability at all. Impossible to create fidelity with the Company.

    Advice to Management

    Think that we are people, not parts of a puzzle.
