I have been working at IBM (More than 10 years)

    Pros

You probably think having a great job is an unattainable fantasy, but I know through my work with countless clients up and down the corporate ladder that it's not. If the mere act of fulfillment and joy aren't enough of a reason to make the shift, how about the potential of living longer?

    1. Happy equals healthy.
    2. A good job fuels community ties.
    3. Good work brings fulfillment.
    4. Liking your job brings less stress and anxiety.
    5. Being challenged is better than being bored.

    Cons

While being challenged is better than being bored; a overloaded email In-box is at times a hindrance to allocating time to learning new skills.

    Advice to Management

Acquiring knowledge and understanding engaging in Agile working initiatives is a Win-Win!

I have been working at IBM full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Lots of opportunities to change roles and skills. Excellent people and management and clear vision into the future.

    Cons

Sometimes a bit overwhelming due to the size, but once you get your matrix of key players established it becomes easy.
