    Decisions made from other countries especially is you are in a small market region like in Africa

    I have been working at IBM as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

    The working environment is great. Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. There are a lot of things to learn and it's a great way to start my carrier.

    Cons

    There is no compensation or any benefit of working here in my country [Hungary] as a trainee.

    Advice to Management

    Please consider not to hire contractors via student societies to possibly increase salary without too much of a problem.
