    Positive Outlook

I have been working at IBM full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

One of the most engaging organization to work for in current times. IBM has got its strategy right, Cognitive solutions and Cloud as the platform. These 2 will ensure IBM helps it clients to be ahead of the curve with insightful solutions. Essentially has taken the game to the Preemptive zones.

    Cons

The change and transformation needs to be at a much faster pace. The biggest challenge will be to carry the workforce alongwith.

    Advice to Management

Need to have a well laid down plan for the workforce. As the organization transforms deeply, how best to align the talent, train/re-train, build capabilities in the new areas.
