I have been working at IBM full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Salaries are competitive, colleagues are very supportive of each other, teaming is big part of culture. Can do everything for clients, but devil is in the details..

    Cons

Very confused GTM with more and more newly created business units, matrixed management is challenging. Cost cuts being used to achieve profitability negatively impact the ability to deliver on contracts

    Advice to Management

Focus on simplifying the offerings and solutions. Reduce BUs in favor of simplified GTM and comp structures. Consider delivery impact when weighing cost cuts.
