    Doesn't Recommend
    Negative Outlook
    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at IBM full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    No pros to talk about.

Bad work life balance; extremely hectic; severe low staffing.

    Cons

As mentioned above; need to wait for 2 years before you even get the chance to apply for an Internal Job movement. Extremely less hikes of around 6% per year.

    Advice to Management

Stop treating your employees like cattle and fodder and try listening to their concerns.

And for the love of god do something about sever under staffing; rather than spending your money on automation which has CLEARLY not done anything but raise the backlogs and resulted in employees trying desperately to look for IJP's, take sick leaves or leaving the company.
