    Cons

Old Technologies Bad coding practices (eg. no code reviews whatsoever) No coffee for the coffee machine Air conditioner breaks often Bureaucracy everywhere No benefits except half of the gym and at most 100 RON Have to use tools to submit requests for everything (screen, adapter, licenses) and sometimes the tools don't work

I worked at IBM full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Output based. Great people. Awesome company.

    Cons

High work demand with low salary. The morale of the people was very low because of the complicated process, tons of requirements, and budget constraints for the promotion of current employees. They will let new employees come in with higher salary.

    Advice to Management

Putting the "Client First" is good but putting the "Employees First" is better. Appreciated, rewarded, and trusted employees will always take care of the clients.
