    I have been working at IBM full-time (More than a year)


    It has a good work environment. The company runs professionally. It has very long history of success. The company is innovative and growing. There are opportunity to grow if you rise to the challenge. The company very divers so if your not to sure where you want to grow in you can cross train and go into other fields. They do not discriminate even to a dyslexic like me. Hey have Job I can do and can grow in for me


    Some departments are not streamline like others and are still a little old fashion when it comes to hard works and promotions.

    Advice to Management

    Not everyone has a master degree and 5 years of work experience in there field. but most people are fast learners and adaptable. let people proves themselves of there worth and you find a very strong and loyal workforce
