I have been working at IBM full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

This is in regards to the IBM business center in Lansing, MI only- The work experience is very fast paced and with multiple teams and projects. High profile clients. The benefits are good.

    Cons

Lower than the average hiring salary. Very low bonus amounts given annually after a rigorous application process for them. The bonus is so low it only comes out to $20-$50 more on your monthly paycheck. No option for title promotion or any bonus given. If you work with all remote clients (which the majority of us do) the manager of the building still requires you to come in and work. So you waste time in the morning...

    Advice to Management

Increase bonus amounts Let people work from home who have remote clients
