    Disapproves of CEO

I worked at IBM full-time for more than 19 years

    Pros

OK Salary, Good Benefits, Professional Environment, Above average peers, Work from home friendly, Work schedules can flex somewhat to accommodate personal needs.

    Cons

Lots of bureaucracy, no employee incentives, poor bonuses, dropping morale

    Advice to Management

Bring back employee incentives (even the small ones!) and the ability for managers to reward above average performance. Pay more attention to workload and employee morale. Talented people are leaving for companies who value this more than the bottom line. Workforce reduction is not the only solution to financial pressures.
