I have been working at IBM full-time

    Pros

Fantastic Education & Trips (when you get to take them)

    Cons

Glass ceiling - With the constant RA and hiring. It is extremely rare to receive a promotion or a raise.

    Advice to Management

When employees work in sales compensate them accordingly. Promote and reward employees based off of actions rather than seniority.

    Pros

Company is amazing. great benefits, amazing co-workers, all fellow employees willing to help you and talk to you about your career

    Cons

LDR Job-they were not upfront for how long we would be in this position- In the beginning said 6months to a year, after working for 14 months they said it would be another year or two before opportunity for advancement would arise. Unclear about how focused on "cold calling" the job would be.

    Advice to Management

More upfront about what job entails and how long you will be required to stay. Excellent job on feedback and helpfulness with new college grads in first "real job".

I have been working at IBM full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

No pressure, cool colleagues, and great global business school

    Cons

No challenge, commission are not related with your performance but IBM overall performance. You can do 130% of your target and only 20% of your bonus.

    Advice to Management
