    Good benefits, nice offices and polite proffesionals

    Cons

    right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing, sales commission are impossible to collect, they go out of their way to nickle and dime you

    Advice to Management

    Reduce the chaos or you will be gone quickly, 16 quarters of losses!!!!

    Pros

    - remote work (being phased out now sadly)
    - collaborative and pleasant people.
    - brand permission with clients

    Cons

    - rampant age discrimination
    - layoffs every quarter; somewhat unpredictable employment
    - co-location
    - detached, self-serving, and hypocritical senior leadership team
    - 21 quarters of declining revenue

    Advice to Management

    Resign en masse.

    Great place to work at! Never met a person that I didn't like!

    Cons

    Cut throat environment. Either you're pushing the innovation forward or you're fired!

    Stock buy backs hurt the middle class. You don't need those research grants...

    Smart people, great history, great sales training.

    Pros

    Great products and people. Breadth of product capabilities is unparalleled and people work together very well in the field.

    Cons

    Pretty large and you have to be flexible to handle the amount of organizational change each half.

    Advice to Management

    Stabilize the workforce, particularly sales people and territories for a period longer than six months to allow us to grow deep customer relationships

    Pros

    The health and vacation benefits were good.

    Cons

    Them moving from work from home is reducing their pool of best talent. You can't really move to different positions within the company easily to build competitive skills experience.

    Advice to Management

    Break the road blocks to getting things done. Stop pushing useless IBM certifications and help your folks get industrially wide recognized certifications like PMP, CISSP, CCNA, etc.
