SO account team personnel is driven to succeed and are very supportive.
World economy and IBM's bottom line have forced me in to 4 resource actions (potential layoffs) in 11 years. There are fewer and fewer US owned accounts today.

lot of onsite option, okay pay, friendly environment, Flexibility
Flexibility seems to be a huge issue in terms of how we do things
Take it or leave it mentality hard to find middle ground.
Advice to Management
When taking the project also think about the delivery team.
