    No opinion of CEO

    Pros

There is flexability in work hrs and locations, you're not micromanaged by management, like minded people, lathough you have to defend your actions constantly you're not going to be back stabbed.

    Cons

You can be forgotten about, too many moving parts in the cooperation, the samllest task takes a lot of time and effort to complete.

    Advice to Management

Make people own each problem end to end, there are still sylos of people that only do what they are told or know, and don't want to think outside the little world they live in.
