    Reputed company with lots of training sessions to learn new things.
    Surrounding and the heads who help a lot.

    I cannot find any downsides of not working with IBM.

    1-Gives full life-cycle projects to PMs
    2-Tracks CPI and SPI religiously
    3-Ensures adherence to PMIs PMP guidelines
    4-Keeps strong hold on triple constraints through project change requests
    5- Reimbursement of PMP certification
    6- Strong audit controls for each client
    7-Global accreditation on ITIL ITUP processes for each client
    8- Every account/client is managed through agreed ITSM processes
    9-Dedicated Process management team to prepare new service documents
    10- Transparent to assign project resources and correct finance/cost management of resources

    Cons

    1- Portfolio management is still not reached India for major accounts of Europe
    2-Increments are less percentage so that becomes an issue
