    You'll get to experience an awesome work culture and being multinational company, you'll get opportunities to interact with professionals across the globe. Work culture is very flexible allowing work from home opportunities for those who need it.

    Cons

    The variable salary component added is like negligible and salary revision and hikes are very low

    Kindly keep a check as Cons may result in internal issues which will have impact on Clients too.

    Career path for each and everyone should be reviewed and adhered too, as of now its a formality.

    I have been working at IBM full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    IBM is the oldest and one of the big giant IT company in world and hence it feels really good to work here. Good environment and exposure to work on different technologies. Could be able to maintain work life balance.

    Cons

    IBM is very robust and big organization hence sometimes finding it difficult to find information and opportunities.
    Its not always possible to procure your desired roles because of your dependencies exists in the current role.

    Advice to Management

    Make the process complexities simpler and extend newer roles and opportunity to every deserving candidates so that he/she could apply for such roles and responsibilities and management should support it.
