I worked at IBM full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Huge expert pool of long term subject matter experts to call on when needed.

    Cons

Massively impersonal organization that runs contractors into the ground by reducing hours while customers are in need of more. Contradictory commitment to Corp earnings as opposed to providing adequate support coverage - a core responsibility.

    Advice to Management

Look a the business more and less at the balance sheet.
